4TH STREET LAUNDROMAT

Just used 4th Street laundry services for the first time this past weekend... I am currently pregnant and felt overwhelmed by all the laundry we had ... I also work crazy hours on my feet all day so I needed help! Owner was a sweetheart over the phone and so I decided to bring my crazy large load of laundry to them. They were fabulous! Clothes were folded beautifully and smelling great. They also put clothes that needs to be hung in hangers. It was so nice to come home and just put clothes away... Now when I open our drawers or enter our closet, it smells so nice and fresh from the laundry! Highly recommend them!!

Mark and Beverly are the nicest people around! Their place is clean and inviting. I was pressed for time so I dropped off 2 quilts + another large item and it was less than a commercial dry cleaner for just one quilt! And get this - they pick up and deliver (Certain restrictions apply) at no additional cost! How great is this?? I strongly recommend this place!

Best service and quality ever. I had 3 large blankets that couldn't be washed in my apartments washing machine and I work crazy hours so no time to go myself. In 15 mins, Mark came by, gave me a quote & picked it up and less than 7 hours later, I had it delivered to the apartment! With two dogs, I didn't think those blankets were gonna get cleaned but they did it! Thank you!!

The machines aren't super expensive; the staff was nice the only time I saw them. The soda machine actually works and it has WIFI. Friendly staff, top quality machines, all in a clean and safe environment!

Excellent service and customer care. The attendant was very accommodating and personable in addition to the outstanding wash and fold service and very reasonable rates.

Needed a laundromat to wash my huge thick king sized winter comforter and a dog bed (new puppy peed on them ). They offer services here so they can do it for you, and even pick up your laundry, but I just wanted to do it myself. The facility is nice and clean, and the staff are friendly and super helpful. They showed me what machines to use (since my blanket is huge) and how to operate them. Also, they're in downtown Frederick, so there are lots of places to walk to while you're waiting for your load to dry!

I had been using this laundromat for over a year and I was very impressed and satisfied. The management and owner were great and very accommodating. Well as their business picked up they hired a young lady (Hispanic) and that's where the service began to go down. Whenever I had an issue the young lady became irritated and seemed displeased that I had anything to say at all. The last straw for me was when she stated I complained all the time and always had something to say. I told her absolutely when I am spending my money expecting a facility to be clean. There was vomit all over the floor on both sides of the laundromat and when I complained to her she stated I needed to talk with the owner and she did not have the telephone number. When I did speak to the owner I told him I would never return unless he removed that young lady. Needless to say I have not been back and won't return.

Brought in a queen-sized wool-filled comforter to be cleaned. What I pulled out of the bag at home was 2/3 original size and the wool had congealed into hard baseball-sized lumps. Brought it back to complain. Was told that the fault was mine, I should not have brought it to them for cleaning. Indeed.

FROM ATTY GENERAL.!!!!!) kept hitting the Victims vehicle out in front and at least 4 times they told the kids to STOP HITTING THEIR CAR - and the kids Refused and that's when the parents went to Harass the woman again and the guy who was Smoking BLOCKED her in with his White Suv which is KIDNAPPINGS & FALSE IMPRISONMENT. How do you think they treat their children if they go out acting like this in the Community and TERRORIZING and HARASSING innocent beautiful perfect people they'll never be. The other white customers "joked" that the Hoodlum family didn't work there - but They are friends with the worker and she Specifically asked her "friends" to do this. Then you can hear a bunch of ppl Bad-mouthing the nice lady my friend and Maliciously Slandering her. This happened at 7:30 p.m. but over an hour later after 8:30 you can hear these Hoodlums saying "there was a white person "trippin""... Wow! OBVIOUSLY THEY'RE the ones OBSESSED with ppl and a FACTUAL STATEMENT would be that, "a customer reminded a family there is No smoking allowed in front of the building" and was MALICIOUSLY HARASSED, GAWKED AND STALKED AND ABUSED - Something Seriously Deranged about these ppl. Obviously normal Healthy people and Legitimate businesses don't treat people this way, and it's scary that if they're going to ABUSE innocent people then how do you think they treat their kids and OBVIOUSLY THEY'RE NOT COMPETENT to even professionally run a stupid creepy laundromat - How Pathetic!!!!!!! This Business is Not running a Legitimate operation and they should be Fined and Compensate the Victim for the Harassment. And Obviously the worker had the family Maliciously Attack and Confront the poor lady - and the Worker had the Family Harass any white ppl who came to get their laundry. This is Obviously Irresponsible, Hostile, Abusive, and Unprofessional. The washers work and the dryers work VERY WELL. If you choose hot water then you get hot water and plenty enough to clean your clothing. The establishment is amazingly clean considering it's a 24 hour laundromat. Also best prices in town. Although it may not seem so at first , I promise that any amount of laundry you do here will cost at least twice elsewhere in order to leave with laundry that is clean

The service here I is not only friendly but also very accommodating. Twice I iced used them and everything was what it should be.

Service was good but there was no attendant I put in my money in there change machine and it runs out of quarters and it stuffs me and I can't do my wash

I have such a busy schedule and I'm so grateful to found this laundromat. Drop off service is amazing and they really did an amazing job with my items.

First time going here and definitely would come back. I had to wash a king size comforter and dropped it. They were done within the hour and fairly priced.

While in town for work I needed to find a laundry mat that could wash and fold my clothes for me due to working such long hours. This place was the first to pop up and I drove right there. If you've never driven downtown Fredrick it can be quite intimidating. With the Covid protocols restaurants have made use of every inch outside including right up against the road. There are a ton of one way roads and on my first attempt I missed my turn. But when I finally got there I was super happy. The price was so cheap and I was assured my clothes would be ready the next day. Upon coming to pick up my clothes the next day I got so confused bc the door to get in was open but the gate to get to the washed clothes was closed. I noticed on the door that there was a number telling anyone showing up to call that number and they'd be right over. Awesome experience, nice clean/folded clothes, great staff and super fair pricing. Highly recommended.

I have been using them for several months and had several issues that have not been resolved. . The first issue is when my delicate clothing with written instructions to line dry, were put in a dryer and all of the clothes shrunk ! The next thing that happened was when they put two holes in my bed linens. In both cases the owner, Kevin, would not take responsibility ! I have been more than generous with tipping as well. It is extremely disappointing and has cost me several hundred dollars in damage

I went there a few minutes ago to purchase a gift card for my daughter to do her laundry. There is a sign on the wall that says gifting is available. The 2 girls working there knew NOTHING about it and said the sign on the wall is old. I think they just didnt want to be bothered. To the owners of this laundromat ...I WOULD BE LOOKING FOR MORE HELPFUL EMPLOYEES

I've lived in this neighborhood for about five years. This place always looked so clean and bright when I walked by: potted flowers out front, a chair and small table outside so you would not be stuck in the loud room. Now (7/28/2022) the place has gotten so rundown and ugly. Not all machines work. Garbage and lots of cigarette butts. The flower pot just collects all sorts of debris because there's no trash or recycling ins outside. (Or inside) Ladies who work here are all nasty and rude. I say hello and try to chat in Spanish but they just ignore me. When I go to use the restroom I get yelled at. It's just an unpleasant place. There's another laundromat a couple blocks away that I'm going to try.
