2026-09-24 15:32:31Ok.. so pick up was late..no problem Return a day later was on time..no problem. What's the problem? I paid $71 for separates, ( meaning separate colors and whites) what i got !!! Dingy white pillow cases, dingy white shirt, dingy white washcloth and a colored wash cloth still with brown make-up stains!! Ever heard of colorox or oxygen clean colorox? I received a baby sock in my laundry Return. Clothes has NO softener smell or feel like softener was even used!!! My 1st and last time using this service!!! 😢 I paid $38 at local spot for same day service same 1 bag service and clothes were clean and smelled fresh... I'll go back there for my next laundry service. You came as recommended service but I won't be recommending you! Horrible waste of my money! 🙄😱 Have to re-wash white clothes and pillow covers.
