Best Dry Cleaners I have ever used. They are professional, friendly, reasonably priced and even offer delivery services!

This is the best cleaners ever, always friendly, happy to see you, get your clothes done when you want them. I just love them!

Run away, don't walk! This place ruined a brand new dress I took in for cleaning and pressing. I was told that it was needing to be "hand pressed" because of the material type. I had never worn it but wanted it to look nice and pressed for the first wearing. When I picked up the dress a few days later the material was matted, shiny and looked like it had been pressed for too long. When I pointed this out to the owners they told me that I brought it in that way ! I must have ruined the dress and then brought it in to them hoping to get money from them. Obviously outraged I left and have never returned. If you do go there take pics of all your stuff before you take it in. That way you have proof of what they mess up !!

I cannot tell you enough great things about this place. I have been taking my dry cleaning here for over a year and I wouldn't take my clothes anywhere else. The staff is very friendly, they remember who you are, and they call you if they notice any problems with the dry cleaning. Other experiences I have had other places: I have been charged 12 dollars to have a zipper replaced (they even told me I could bring in my own material and they would fix it. ???) I have had my clothes "fall of the truck" so it would take another day or two to get my clothes. I have been charged close to 15 dollars for one garment...... At this cleaners, I have NONE of those issues. I had 3 items dry cleaned (I think it was a suit jacket and a couple of dresses, or a skirt and a dress), and it cost me less than 30 dollars total. I had 8 things dry cleaned recently and not only were they super nice in telling me they would be ready by the next day but they went out of their way to let me know the potential issues some of my garments would face being cleaned (I have a few delicate dresses). My total bill came out to less than 10 dollars a garment, including tax! I love coming to this place for my dry cleaning needs and I highly, highly recommend you take your clothes here. I don't think I have even given a business 5 stars on yelp before today :)

I take my coats here to be cleaned. The owners are exceptionally friendly and do a great job to make my winter wool coats look like new for a decent price.

My parents were dry cleaners so I have a difficult time ever paying for dry cleaning because I got it for free when I was younger. Well I have finally found a place that does a great job with my clothes, that I don't mind paying for. The owners are fantastic and treat your clothes like they are their own. Prices are very reasonable for the quality. Highly recommend this place!

I have nothing but praise for Classic Cleaners. I bring all my dry cleaning there and they know me by name. Dress shirts (low cost!!), pants and comforters are dropped and picked up off bi-weekly with no problems. If you are already in their system, you can simply execute a quick drop off and they'll take care of the rest. Pay when you pick up. How cool is that?

I have been using Classic for about 15 years and they are the best Cleaner I have ever used. Doug and his team are customer centric and they do a fantastic job with the hard to clean items not to mention the every day cleaning. A+

I not only bring my dry cleaning here, but I also have my husband's shirts cleaned and pressed. They do a great job. The fact that they refer to me by name and carry out my cleaning to my car, shows that they are all about customer service.

I have a large, king sized comforter that MUST be professionally cleaned each year. I have a toddler, so it was covered in smushed-in banana, sour milk, and unknown baby boy grossness. I brought it in, deeply worried my kid ruined my expensive and cozy winter bed covering. They were great- quoted me a competitive price, and an insanely quick three day turnaround. They do all the cleaning in house, and even provided a quilt bag for our comforter. I don't have much dry cleaned, but this is the place I'll go in Renton highlands.

Having read all of the great reviews, I figured I'd give this place a shot... I was disappointed as all of my shirts came back with pretty significant creases ll. But more importantly, my suit jacket came back with a messed up collar - they pressed it with the collar not lined up appropriately. I only noticed this upon hanging it back in my closet, so going back for yhebissue to be fixed is a huge inconvenience. I would think that someone trying to earn my business would get it right. I'll give them two stars for timely service.

First class operation. The owners are such nice people and recognize me by name every time I show up. They take really good care of my cleaning and have even called me at home in the evening to say...."you have a tear in your clothing, would you like us to mend that for you"...and I can't count the number of times they have sewn a button on a shirt as a normal course of business. They even put a "tag" on the button that says "we replaced this for you"... Highly recommend for the care of your clothes.

Sorely disappointed. I thought the family that ran this store was very nice, and I was happy with the quality of my cleaning. BUT, I was bait and switched on the price. I will not be returning here. My husband is a large man, and I have been getting his shirts just washed and pressed in Seattle for $1.50 each. I asked BEFORE I had shirts cleaned at classic cleaners how much it would be for the shirts and I was told 1.89 which is a little more but I didn't mind. When I went to pick up my 6 shirts expecting to pay 1.89 I was charged over 30 bucks for 6 shirts. Needless to say I felt VERY mislead and I felt what they did was dishonest. They explained that because my husbands shirts were larger they needed to do certain things by hand. Which is fine, If that had been explained before. I have been paying the same amount at a lovely place in Seattle and they never double charged me. I go to the cleaners once a week and I am a good regular customer. But I will not pay 30-50 a week to have my shirts just regularly washed and pressed. This was the second time we had been in, and last time we paid 50 bucks for 3 shirts and a blazer. But I figured the price was high because of the dry cleaning on the blazer. I never got an itemized receipt. So I was shocked when I went back for just my 6 shirts and then had a double sized bill. If I would have been given an up front price or had they quoted me at a correct price the first time I prob would have stayed with this cleaners and maybe bit the bullet to pay the extra money. But because I felt like they quoted me one price and did not honor that price, I can't continue to patron this establishment. I will continue to look for a reputable cleaner elsewhere.

I have been using classic cleaner for over 4 years now and they know be name. The owners are delightful and very professional. In 4 years I have had zero issues with these folks. Very well run small business.

Best service ever. Wonderful owners. Cleaning always done on time. They exceed expectations continuously. I can't say enough about their quality of service, price and professionalism.
