2026-07-02 10:11:08I hate to be a complainer! But our laundry is usually sorted by child/adult and in separate bags to keep it folded when I unload it, but it wasn’t at all this round. Not sure if there’s been new people doing it? Or a loss of the notation of how to fold/organize our load. Please let me know if this has changed.

2026-06-28 02:34:48Not entirely sure what happened this time around- but just got done putting away our last laundry order and at least 50% of the load (adult and children’s) were inside out and very scrunched up before “folded”. I had to essentially redo the whole folding process again. Haven’t had this issue in awhile so wanted to mention it.
