2026-07-15 07:30:27My favourite pants were ruined due to a stain that was not on my pants prior to being dry cleaned. The lady who served me did not apologise or even offer a refund for the service. No responsibility was even considered despite no red tag being put on my pants that were apparently stained prior with a huge stain. I can’t imagine this would have been missed. I have been a customer for a long time and this is so disappointing.
