2026-10-10 12:07:12The 2 women I spoke to were both great and really helpful however the man that I spoke to wasent he wasent verry friendly and after I spelt my name out still didn’t get it right. I just needed some things washing as my washing machine is broken, there were 3 bags which I would have been able to do in about 4 loads in a normal washing machine, I was told it would be around £20 for one of the ikea bags which I thought was fin and would add up to maby £50 over all as one of the bags was a lot smaller. I had also asked about next day collecting and the man told me it was £3 which again I thought was good. However when I went to collect my total was £76.50. Luckily the women there was lovely and sorted out my name on the receipt as well as taking of the now £10 next day charge? Overall I wouldn’t come back as I am not sure I have trust in how much they are charging or that the all of the people who are working there know what is happening over all.

2026-08-06 15:18:43I discovered that there are black spots in the coat, knowing that they were not there before. So I left the coat to remove it
