2026-06-23 15:24:29I called in on Saturday 20th for the first time using your laundry service. I did ask for it to be dropped off as this was offered to me which would help me out greatly. However I found out today that I had to go and pick it up. My husband called to check and was told by a gentleman that no it's not out for delivery but can delivered it but won't get it tomorrow. So my husband had to go and pick this up and then it transpired it was due actually due to be delivered. So for first impressions,not the best start.

The team in the shop couldn’t have been more helpful and managed to get the dress and vale cleaned for my for today. Excellent service can’t thank the staff enough. They have gained a life long customer.
