2026-08-19 20:46:17I dropped off a shirt with ink stains and specifically asked for stains to be treated. The person at the counter didn’t care to mark the spot and when I asked about it, he said, “Oh, they’ll check it before they clean it.” And when I went to pick it up, sure enough, the stain was still there. The lady offered to send it back to get it cleaned again but part of me already knew it wasn’t going to work because it’s already pressed. The stain is already set at that point. But I took her offer and left the shirt. A week later, I went back to pick it up and the stain is a little faint but still visible. I’m disappointed because it should have been a easy fix had they listened to me and marked the spot the first time. And the suit pants I dropped off at the same time have double creases and the jacket has press marks on the collar. I was definitely not happy with my clothes this time.

2026-08-07 19:39:25Not happy at all the suits where not clean well and the short was not ironed well also no starch was added at all per my request. The the problem is that this is not the first time
