2026-05-10 13:19:36The driver was nice and helpful. The company itself is hard to get hold off. They charged me for 3 items when I only had 2 as I had to remove one as it couldn’t be dry cleaned. I tried to contact them on the app by message with no response. I tried calling and also did not get a resolution. I would not recommend this company and will not be using them again.

2026-04-29 13:10:15I left my jacket to dry clean with a button to fix, but they returned it dry cleaned but without fixing the button. I had to send them back but it will cause delays as I needed it tomorrow.
