I recently used Paraiso Cleaners & Tailoring and was very happy with their service. The staff was professional and friendly, making sure to meet all my needs quickly. I took in a suit and a couple of dresses for alterations. The tailoring was excellent, and everything fit perfectly afterward. They paid a lot of attention to detail, and the stitching was very well done.What impressed me the most was their focus on making customers happy. They listened to what I wanted and gave helpful advice. The work was finished quickly, and they worked with my schedule. Their cleaning services were also great; my clothes looked like new. Overall, Paraiso Cleaners & Tailoring did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them for anyone needing good tailoring and cleaning services.

My experience with this business was TERRIBLE and EXTREMELY STRESSFUL. I took four dresses to be pressed/steamed on a Thursday. I was suppose to pick it up on Saturday. It was not ready. I called on Monday because I did not hear from them (I needed those dresses for an engagement photoshoot on Tuesday). They proceeded to tell me that they accidentally sent all my dresses for dry cleaning and they would not be ready until Thursday and there is nothing they can do about it (all I requested was for them to be pressed/steamed). To add insult to injury I finally went to pick up my dresses (almost a week after they were due) and they could not locate them initially because it was labeled with another customers name!!!Not sure if the owner is aware of my mishandled garments or who is responsible for it. But, I never even received an apology.I tried this new business because I wanted to support a business in my Paraiso community. However, I will never trust this business with my belongings ever again. They are NOT TRUSTWORTHY and incapable of performing simple tasks.

Excellent service , highly recommend, very professional and detail oriented with a very inviting storefront . This is a game changer not to have to drive , walk over and all the services in one location.

Having been to many places in Miami, I can confidently say Paraiso Cleaners & Tailoring is the best. Ethan and Jesus are true professionals. They managed to clean my jacket to perfection, removing the worst stains The ambiance is lovely, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. Their attention to detail and hygiene standards are topnotch. Nikolas, the owner, ensures everything runs smoothly. I’m so glad I found them! They also tailored my husband's Armani suit, and it fits perfectly now.

I took a brand new very expensive skirt here to be tailored and it was destroyed.Actually to be honest I am not as disappointed about the skirt as I am the lack of responsibility taken.The hem of the skirt was supposed to be to the ground, however it is above the ankle. Not only that there is a 2.5 inch difference in height from one section of the skirt to the next. It’s completely unwearable.I have waited weeks before leaving this review because I know that mistakes do happen. Had there been an apology and an offer to rectify the situation I would have been happy to come to an agreement of some sort.Instead, to add insult to injury what was eventually offered as compensation is laughable. A 25% discount off the first house cleaning, which is a service we don’t use and don’t need. And the real kicker, that exact discount was already being advertised to our entire apartment complex.

Jesus provided excellent tailoring to my trousers at perfection.The staff is friendly, and the ambiance is inviting. It’s rare to find such quality and value for money in Miami. I was not informed properly that they didn’t deliver to my home. I went on a Thursday, paid extra for express deliver, I was told I could have it on Tuesday. I was traveling on Wednesday and needed it. I went on Tuesday and the shirt was not ready, and they still charge me the extra for express. It was the worst service ever. I paid extra and didn’t have my shirt. Worst worst service ever!! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

Paraiso Cleaners did a great job by cleaning and refinishing my Balenciaga bag. It was a total mess before however it looks like brand new now, I’m totally satisfied!Also they provided a shoe cleaning & repair service to my husband’s favorite Loro Piana loafers which look brand new as well!Totally recommend them 😊
