2026-10-02 23:06:55As I mentioned in previous post…dress pants were not pressed correctly. Pressed flat with no crease and looked horrible. Created a hectic morning on the road to find this out. Took all 5 slacks back to store and explained the situation. Gentleman behind counter said we will make this right, will not charge for redo on pants. I pick up today and not charged for two that were not worn and still messed up. All they did was re-press them, they charged me for the other three. Not what he said. I pointed this out to the nice lady behind the counter today. She said she would call the manager and try to correct. The lady made numerous called to reach the manager, to no avail; went to voice mail. I paid the extra incorrect amount. No follow up from my previous message and I doubt follow up on this one. I will not use your services again.

2026-10-02 22:35:43Don’t know about the quality of the cleaning on this go around but surprised that pressing a shirt is 67% higher than having it cleaned. That’s $2.00 a shirt. I always wash my shirts before I drop them off because they don’t seem to get clean at the cleaners.
