2026-05-25 19:01:20This was my first time. I thought the laundry would be cleaned and sorted by bag as I had different family members laundry bagged separately. When we received it, laundry was all mixed up. Also, several of my clothes were very wrinkled. When I wash them at home they always come out nice with very few wrinkles. I’m not sure what happened. I don’t usually need to iron my clothes, but several items need to be ironed or rewashed.
