2026-06-21 01:53:57Hi, Did you even read our message, or do you just send standard copy-paste replies and completely ignore your customers' requests? We explicitly stated that my wife is allergic to fragrances and that we needed the smell removed. Instead, you ignored our health-related request and added your own heavily scented chemicals on top of it. Now the trousers smell so bad they stink up the entire room, making them completely unwearable and the problem twice as bad.
