2026-05-12 19:36:35Took 3 pairs of shoes. One had minor stains they were fairly new shoes. When picking up my shoes I noticed the stains were still visible not only on the shoe but also the laces. When I questioned why, I was told I didn’t purchase the stain removing services. This is fairly misleading, I took my shoes to get cleaned with assumption that stains would be removed which is why I’m getting them cleaned. But to be told AFTER I pick up my shoes that I didn’t get the stain removing service it really becomes a bad experience overall. What is the point of taking shoes to get cleaned if they are not going to clean them unless you pay more.
