Laces were still dirty like bleaching was not done.

Shoe came back with marks on the upper, significant discoloration and staining that was not there in the before photos. When I got them back the first time, I saw the damage and immediately had to complain, and after a while, the staff member brought out the before photos, only to agree with me and take the shoes back to clean. But even afterwards, when I got it back the second time, though the shoes looked better, much of the deep staining and scratches on the material were still present.

The cleaning was a 6/10. There were multiple spots left near the sole that I had to clean myself after I got it back so feel like there is not much attention to detail.

Sneakers weren’t ready when they were supposed to be

Hi, just wanted to bring something to your attention. I recently dropped a pair of SB for an initial cleaning and when I went there they told me that had to be reglued. So I said yes. I picked them up today (October 3rd 2026) and I really didn’t inspect them until I got home. I have to tell you I’m a bit disappointed at how they look. Pics attached. One thing was I specifically asked that after the reglue for them to be stitched with original color stitch which is the same color of the swoosh and was told yes by the owner. They were stitched in white. If you didn’t have the color then someone should have advised me to see if that’s what I wanted. And to be honest I don’t think that they were even cleaned bc all of the marks that were there before are still there today. I hope you don’t take any of this personal but I think it’s important I bring this up. Your business seems like it’s striving and I support local communities and businesses. I forgot to mention that the reglue was not done perfectly and you can see the glue all an around both shoes. Please advise. I hope to hear from you to see if we can fix any of these issues and want your opinion on what I have said. Thank you

The sneaker were cleaner they how I brought them to you, the final finish does jot look all that great, I could have done the same level of job. I was looking for a more professional looking finish, thats not what i got. Also your system emailed me and told me what date to pick him up. I came to date. They said they were ready. I get there. I’m told the sneakers are not that cinema to a different store. They’ll be there tomorrow by one 3 o’clock in the evening, I come not the next day that they said they will be there. I come a day later and when I get there, the sneakers are still need to be laced up in a final brushing. They did right in front of me so my thing is if they weren’t ready, that’s fine. You didn’t have to tell me they were ready. I could’ve waited until they were ready so to meet the professionalism was not there. I don’t know what’s missing, but I don’t think I’m gonna come back to your shop. I’ll find somewhere else to get my sneakers clean I was not satisfied with the job at all.
