Impeccable service! Highly recommended! They collected my wedding dress from my house for steaming to take out all the creases that formed in the satin fabric! They delivered it in a flawless state straight at the venue in the morning of my wedding day! It looked amazing! They also cleaned and ironed my husbands wedding shirts! The pick up and delivery is included in the price. Now I just booked my dress cleaning with them too! Can’t wait to see the result! ❤️

Awful customer service and unprofessional. I took my wedding dress to be dry cleaned and they completely ruined it. The chiffon was a completely different colour to the dress after they dry cleaned it. My dress was worth £2,800, which I stated when I dropped it off, in case I need to pay an extra insurance premium as states in their FAQ’s on their website but their response was “oh don’t make us nervous” They said they’ll call when it’s ready and they did not call (probably because they knew they messed up and didn’t want to deal with it). I had to call them to ask if it’s ready and when I went to pick up I could see through the bag/sleeve that the chiffon was an orange colour. They acted like it was fine when I asked why it was orange and they said “oh is it?”. No one came out to own the mistake, explain what had happened or even apologise. They acted like it didn’t happen, I had to show them pictures of what it looked like before. Stay away. Don’t take your wedding outfits here. Don’t state that you are professionals when you have caused significant damage to a dress worth £3k My husband also took his suit and none of the stains on the jacket were removed. Incompetent. Cyprus the land of semi professionals. No one does their job properly here. Avoid!
