2026-01-25 20:45:30No order, we use this place all the time. The only issue is sometimes the app doesn't work right all the time. You end up paying twice on a dryer. It's only $1 or 2 but thats what we would spend on our next visit for the dryer.

2026-01-22 21:16:52I was very happy with the process and end result. I did make an extra trip, but was needed to fix the issue. I used the service to clean my comforter. The staff was extremely helpful, it bunched up inside. They found a solution to fix it and I was very pleased. I will definately use the cambridge location again. For dry cleaning, in house washing/drying. I was very happy. Thank you!

2026-01-01 10:18:57The young woman at the counter is very helpful and kind. She keeps the laundromat clean and presentable. Any problems I have had with the washers she resolves confidently. My husband's shirts always come back exceptionally clean. Thank you.🤗

2025-12-07 18:23:08No problem with my order. It was up to the usual high standard. I was looking forward to using the pick up and drop off service, but I won't be using it. Nor will anyone who has a full time first shift job. Two days turnaround? OK, I can work with that. No drop off after 5pm? You obviously don't want customers who have full time jobs...
