2026-05-01 18:39:41I want to file a complaint about my recent experience. I have used your service previously, and nobody ever mentioned any 2 BHD minimum delivery charge. Yesterday I gave my clothes for laundry, and again nobody informed me about this charge. Today, only after the clothes were ready, your staff suddenly told me there is a 2 BHD minimum charge for delivery. Because of this, I went myself to pick up the clothes. Then I was told the credit card machine was not available because the delivery guy had taken it, and I was expected to wait. This is unacceptable and a waste of my time. This is very poor and unprofessional service, and this will be the last time I use your laundry service.

2026-05-01 08:28:17I have 4 expensive t-shirt that damage and all of them is the same issue (( the color of the shirt disappear .. the issue is that i request dry clean and iam a regular customer from the opening until now i didnt face like this issue ... from today i cant trust the service of the dry clean anymore
