Swift Wash and Fold

Well. 😑 First, though I was standing in the front room with the door open, my wet rug was just thrown on the ground at the bottom of the stoop. No knock. No protection. Unreal. My $800 rug! Sitting there on the filthy concrete. Second. Dusted it off. Had to dead lift this wet 8x10 rug with a lifting restriction. Got it to the back to lay it out and the urine smell was still present. I’ll take my business elsewhere and leave a healthy review where others might heed the warning. The irony of the brag I like to treat others the way I’d like to be treated feels pretty insincere. Disappointed isn’t even the word.

I called to learn more about their pick up/drop off service and the women on the phone was so helpful and answered all my silly questions. I scheduled them to come pick up my 8x10 living room rug. They were quick and had it cleaned in a day better than I have been working on it for weeks!!!! Then dropped it right back to me at home - will most defiantly use this company again!

Super friendly and very professional. I'm a sporadic customer, but they are always willing to take my business' laundry. I've dropped off costumes (easily 75 outfits) and they had them washed and hung within 3 days. I recently dropped off table linens, chair covers and bedding from a 100+ guest wedding and I got the call to pick up the laundry the next day. It's clear that there is no job too big or small! I highly recommend thier laundry services to anyone with volume laundry needs. If I lived nearby, I would definitely utilize them for my household laundry. This was 1 of 5 companies I contacted to get help with the volume laundry my rental facility creates...... but because I'm not an every week consistent customer.... the other 4 didn't want my business. They have been super flexible and reliable!!!

I am an avid dry cleaning girl and I was in desperate need to get my suit dry cleaned in time for an event coming up. I reached on on a Sunday night & got a response + I put in my order for pick up Monday morning from my job. I added 4 other items ...because why not & requested them back to me on Thursday (4 day turn around). It was my first time using a pick up service so I was a little nervous but they look pictures of my garments before leaving & uploaded them to the app (oh yes get the app). My clothes were done 1 day early & they delivered them to my job! I believe it was 100% worth the price, service was amazing & I will definitely be using them again! The quality of my clothes came back GREAT! Highly recommend!

It was easy to start the service. They are always on time. Laundry is sorted and folded neatly. A great service.
