Honestly, my husband and I LOVE this laundromat. It’s the cleanest and the most modern laundromat in the area, but the older woman running the place in the evening is rude. I didn’t want to give too low of a score because I do really like them. They need to decide what time they close every single day and keep it the same. Every time, I’ve come in the evening, I’m rushed to leave before 8, 8:30, or 9pm (even though the hours state 11pm), and it’s always different. The gentleman and the young girl are not rude, it’s just the older woman in the evening who is rude.

I love this place here's why 1. Later than 7pm all other laundromats closed. 2 the machines have a sanitizing option that cost $0.50 before you wash your clothes. 3 machines so intelligent they actually weigh your load before it starts a cycle.... need I say more. The best laundromat nearby hands down

I love this laundry place I wash my clothes and dry my clothes this place is clean and the working staff is nice and respect and the machine take laundry and you could put money on the laundromat card with money and debit card and bathroom is clean too and you can sitting and look at tv when your washer and dryer and when you forget your soap first time he give you some soap

this place is super clean and convenient except for one big problem: the guy who works there never wears a mask, and he lets customers hang out there without a mask as well. so when i go in there, i have no way of knowing whether the air is filled with covid already...

Excelente servicio. Necesite ayuda del.señor que trabaja ahí y fue muy amable. Puedes llevar tu detergente o comprarlo en el lugar. Muy limpio, todos usan mascarillas, las lavadoras y secadoras se ven nuevas y funcionan muy bien. Muy cerca de la salida del metro.

Biggest washer cost $7 and change. That’s without extra rinse. In the Bronx is 11 bucks. Dryer drys at med for $1.20. All dry clothes drys once done. Awesome staff. Ask for Lilly. She helps you with the washing and drying. I learned so much with her. Great tips. Highly recommend😊

I always love to go wash clothes in this place it's the best one I could give it a 10-star rating and I would recommend it to anybody the only dry cleaner that you can go inside and sit down watch TV while clothes are washing and drying not like these other a lot of Chinese dry cleaner and other places that are not allowing people to sit inside due to covid-19

Great and friendly service but either the washer or dryer left big stains on my duvet cover and the white shirts I washed :(

I am glad to have this fantastic laundromat in my area; it is clean and efficient. I will give it five stars if the closing time is exactly what they put up. It says 9 pm on the location and 8 pm on Google Maps, but if you go there at almost 7 pm, they have locked the door already. The lady who works there is somehow rude to customers most of the time (luckily not to me yet). She works hard and talkative but does not expect a service mind from her.

We FINALLY have a nice place to wash clothes . Although this place has been here for a year, I just found it today and I'm thankful that I did. As many have said before the place is clean. The machines are modern and wonderfully fast - Electrolux!!. The washers must spin water out with the force of a black hole, because it only took 16 mins to dry my blanket. The dryers are roomy I was able to fit 2 loads into one machine. 16mins - DRY.Now the main reason why I gave 5 stars is because L2G is accommodating to all customers. I won't name names, but a majority of the laundromats in the area have this disgusting policy of forcing customers who come to dry their clothes only - to pay an additional "Dryer use fee" on top of what they pay to start the machine. They also block off rows of machines/folding tables for "store use", often leaving a few poorly performing/dirty machines for self service customers.Finally, Lily is NICE...as soon as I stepped in the place she was giving me laundry tips and keeping up a pleasant conversation. On the days where I'm too tired or lazy to do my own laundry, it's nice knowing my clothes will be in good hands. Laundry 2 go, PLEASE don't change!

Some people must not know how laundromats work, when it closes at 10pm then the last wash is at 9pm depending on the location you go to they give you at least hour to dry your clothes. Hope this is helpful. My experience from the first day this laundromats to now has always been pleasant every time I gone, from the Owner to the staff I've had no problem they all have been very nice and helpful. Great 👍 service.
