2026-07-02 10:22:09I really used to love coming in here, but my last encounter was quite poor. When I first walked in, the music was so loud that we couldn't hear each other, and instead of turning it down, it was just 4 people shouting above the noise. The friendliness was gone, replaced with ambivalence. When I arrived to collect on the day that was given to me, only 2/3 pairs were done. The ladies asked if I'd received the mail to collect, which I hadn't. I collected the third set after 2 weeks of no communication, and no email because my email was never put on the system. I genuinely used to love your store, so this experience was vastly different. Has ownership changed?
