2026-07-11 14:39:48I think the quality of your service has decreased. I’m disappointed in the outcome of my suede sneakers. They were a brand new pair with being cleaned for the first time and it seems the suede has been rubbed so hard it’s damaged. I think for the price paid I expect better.

2026-06-30 15:07:40One of the pair of shoes handed in were in no better condition than when the shoes were handed in. A total waste of money! The staff accepting the shoes for cleaning did not point out that Timberland shoes are difficult to clean and that there may be no change in the condition of the shoe. Very poor service!!
