2026-05-15 09:34:51I sent my shoes for full re-glue (R600); when it came back after 2 weeks, some parts were not done properly. I have re-sent my shoes so that the job could be amended and corrected, it has been almost a month now, there are no updates, no communication, emails are ignored... does it take 3 weeks to correct job not done well, and reassure your customer? This is unprofessional and not the level of service I have expected from a so well-advertised company. I am really not impressed and intend to voice it out to all my basketball peers and sneaker friends network I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.

2026-05-13 19:03:19The workmanship was terrible and the staff extremely unhelpfull. It would have been cheaper to replace the shoes. Definitely will not trust your team with expensive items.

2026-04-11 18:04:08The lady that assisted me last week Friday (easter) around 11am to 12pm took my cash payment where I only found out the day I went to fetch the shoes that they do not take cash. I paid 220 for my shoes cash but on the receipt I am realizing that it reads 110. This was unprofessional. Lastly im not fully happy with the results.
