2026-08-14 18:52:18There was a bit of misinformation given when I originally dropped my jacket off. I was told to drop it off at the UES location because down/puffer coats were done in-house at that location. I got there (7/19) and was told it would take a week to get it back. A week later, they said it would take another week. I call back the next week and said it would be the 14th because they send coats out to a company that run them through a machine to do the job. Interesting… I got the coat back today and was on a thin wire hanger and the fur zipped back on the hood with chunks of fur trapped in the zipper. Mind you, it came in with the garment bag and original hanger where it is supposed to be hung without the fur attached.. I will be going to Michelle Dry Cleaner in East Village from now on where they actually work on coats

2026-07-23 14:19:30Went to pick dry cleaning and do a load of towels and they don’t let regular customers ( I’ve been doing laundry there for 40 years) do laundry until after 1PM. I have other choices which I will start using.

2026-07-19 03:57:39Unreal! At first I was honestly shocked at the price 135 for laundry! Then I received it back, clothing soft, nothing missing, excellent customer service, and it was a lot of laundry! lol I wi be a returning customer!
