2026-09-10 17:40:07There was dye transfer from one of the garments to another, and also a large hole is now in the crotch of the pant. The pant also had some dye movement so there are streaks where the color deposited.

Yes i registered it under a company but the care, communication, and the way everything was handled then directly with me, made me confident in trusting you again. That's why I entrusted you with my daughter's First Communion dress. Unfortunately, I was disappointed this time around. When the stain couldn't be removed, I wasn't even given the courtesy of a phone call. Instead, it was only mentioned after I arrived—late—to collect the dress. Along with not even noticing I had already made a down-payment and only had a balance due. I was genuinely shocked because it was so different from the experience I had before. I truly want to continue supporting your brand, but this experience has left me feeling very wary. I hope you'll understand why and take this feedback as it's intended.
