Xpress Laundry

Good morning! Thank you for your services. This time the clothes were delivered in good time and they were very well folded and neatly arranged. Two concerns; 1. One of my white shirts had a stain, it still had it so I decided to just soak it in bleach and it worked. I wonder if there are stains that your machine can't remove? 2. I did not receive the extra laundry bag as promised. Otherwise thank you for your services. Regards, Victoria.

Two things went wrong - the clothes werent washed well. One of my suits had a toothpaste stain and thats why i brought it. The stain was still there afterwards. It just shows everything was done in a rush. Secondly, i brought the suits on Thursday and expressly asked if they will be readt on sunday in the afternoon because i was traveling in the evening. The clothes delayed and were brought at night after i had left. Meaning i left without the clothes and incured an extra cost to have them delivered to me in Mombasa. As a first time customer, this was a very bad experience

Generally, the service was great. However, communication could be improved, especially when an enquiry is made over the phone and feedback is promised via WhatsApp but never provided. Unfortunately, one pair of my curtains came back stained, yet they had no such stains before being sent for cleaning. The rest of the curtains and bedsheets were cleaned well. On the positive side, the turnaround time and delivery were excellent, and the delivery team was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Overall, it was a good experience, but better communication and more care in handling items would make the service even better.

Reliable and very flexible

Xpress Laundry were punctual at collecting my dirty laundry and they returned back my laundry very clean. Furthermore, the prices of Xpress Laundry was fair. I would highly recommend them to everyone. 👍
