Ordering the pickup was seamless. However , my bill was sent until I followed up when my laundry drop off wasn’t confirmed.Therefore, this impacted the drop off time and I found it inconveniencing. The clothes were spotless, except the towels which I think could be cleaned better since they’re off- white.

I had to call to get assistance. The pick up was late without communication. One of my shirts was discoloured and I was informed at the end that bags have to be purchased after I paid for my order. The service is poor.
